Can Black America file their Civil Lawsuit?

All I ever heard from the teachings of old,"They promised us forty acres and a mule," and I truly  thought this was just a saying until I started paying attention to the Indians and how they now have private and sacred ground or should I say land that they can call their own.

Im not trying to start nothing with my Indian Brothers,hell, Im just trying to see if my people qualify for a lawsuit because my people died to be part of and accepted in this country!

Every Black Man and Woman in this country should be granted free land, along with the cattle and a shot-gun because just having a Black President is not enough,okay that's just one of our  many accomplishments. It is time to  re-open some law-suits and file new ones and bring it to the government attention, that now,the Black-Race,will be pressing charges for the Assault & Robbery against an entire race of People and see what we can come up with!

Indians are not the only ones that shed blood on this land but yet they have sacred grounds, all in prisons and its only constitutional 

that we bring these accusations to the light so possibly all our People

can benefit financially,like the Indian in which the constitution did state that We were created equal and We can form a more perfect union,so whats the problem because in order to form this perfect union,The Blackman and Woman needs His or Her just due.

Is it not ironic that other race of people are running through billions of dollars and My race of people have to go through hell and hot water just to get a thousand dollar scholarship fund.

Are we the only race that's in debt to the government, have we been brain-washed again? So now that I got you thinking,its long over-due

that we must bring these type of topics up because its not right that

everybody got money but We owe the money!! (Just food for thought)
